Feedback & Refund Requests

Last updated October 29, 2026

Paint-by-Number Studio is designed as a self-service product supported by its User Manual, Quick Start Guide, tutorial video, sample photographs, and website FAQ.

Please note: Roth Technical Consulting, LLC does not provide individualized technical support. Submission of feedback or a bug report does not guarantee an individual response, a correction, or a particular correction schedule.

Send feedback

We welcome product feedback, reproducible bug reports, feature suggestions, and documentation corrections at feedback@paintingbynumberstudio.com.

Before reporting a technical problem, complete the self-service troubleshooting steps. Helpful feedback includes the software version, Windows version, the feature involved, what you expected, what occurred, exact reproduction steps, and the application diagnostic log when relevant. Do not send API keys, passwords, payment-card information, confidential images, or other sensitive credentials.

Refund requests

Refund and duplicate-charge requests will be reviewed under the published Refund and Cancellation Policy. Include the purchaser name, purchase email, Stripe receipt or transaction reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. Never send a complete payment-card number.

Purchase-page recovery

If you close or lose the fulfillment page after payment, email feedback@paintingbynumberstudio.com from the address used at checkout. Include the purchaser name and approximate purchase date, but never send a payment-card number, password, API key, or license private key.

After the completed payment is verified, the secure fulfillment link will be resent only to the email address recorded by Stripe for that purchase. Recovery restores access to the installer and activation page; it does not reset or increase the two-computer activation limit.

Licensing and purchase questions

Questions specifically concerning license type, purchase records, activation delivery, or billing may also be sent to the feedback address. General how-to questions should first be addressed through the included documentation, tutorial materials, and Troubleshooting Guide.
